The Fulton County Board of Commissioners met on Tuesday, July 8, 2025. The meeting began at 9:00 a.m. with the Pledge of Allegiance, an opening prayer, and roll call.

Commissioners approved the minutes from the July 3rd session and adopted the agenda for the day. Routine business included payment of county bills (Resolution 2025-438) and review of financial reports, such as the month-end financial summary, an amended certificate of estimated resources, a non-compliance certificate, and a treasurer-to-auditor balancing report.

The commissioners approved a $60,000 contract (Resolution 2025-439) and an oversight agreement (Resolution 2025-440) with MegaOne Care LLC to provide child placement services. The contract runs from June 26 to December 31, 2025, at a rate of $817.63 per day for independent living.

Appointments were made to the Local Emergency Planning Committee (Resolution 2025-443), and a recommendation regarding a workers’ compensation claim from the loss control coordinator was accepted (Resolution 2025-444).

Two individuals were appointed to county maintenance roles (Resolutions 2025-445 and 2025-446), and a personnel request for Job & Family Services received approval (Resolution 2025-447).

The commissioners authorized the initial payment of $9,317.48 to E.S. Wagner Company for bridge repair work on FUL CR J 3.60 (Resolution 2025-448) and concluded the session with approval of several purchase orders and travel requests (Resolution 2025-449).

The commissioners also approved advertising for bids on construction aggregate, with submissions due by 9 a.m. on Wednesday, July 23. The meeting adjourned at 9:10 a.m.
