FULTON COUNTY COMMISSIONERS: Commissioners Approve Numerous Agenda Items

The Fulton County Commissioners held their first meeting of the week on Tuesday, January 20th. The meeting began at 9:00 a.m. with the Pledge of Allegiance and a prayer.

Commissioners first moved to approve the minutes from the January 12th meeting along with the current agenda.

Approval of the bills took place next along with a review of the weekly dog warden reports for weeks ending December 24th and December 31st. The following agenda items were then approved.

– Resolution 2023-067 for the increase and transfer of appropriations for various departments.

– Resolution 2023-068 to authorize an application for RLF to Operation One27, LLC.

– Resolution 2023-069 to approve an Ad of Notice to the public for a finding of no significantimpact on environment for Operation One27.

– Resolution 2023-070 to authorize the sanitary engineer to sign the Ohio EPA Equipment Grant application.

– Resolution 2023-071 to appoint a full-time housekeeper.

– Resolution 2023-072 to approve purchase orders and travel requests.

Next, commissioners heard an investment update from Scott Gruber and Char Lee before also hearing an update regarding the FY 23 CDBG projects.

Following the updates, commissioners moved to adjourn the meeting at 9:59 a.m.

The second session of the week for the Fulton County Commissioners was then held on Thursday, January 19th. The meeting began at 9:00 a.m. with the Pledge of Allegiance and a prayer.

Commissioners first moved to approve the minutes from the January 17th meeting along with the current agenda. The following agenda items were then approved.

– Resolution 2023-075 for the increase and transfer of appropriations for various departments.

– Resolution 2023-076 for a grant extension of time to file plans for Ditch 2146- Clinton Twp.

– Resolution 2023-077 to approve a waiver of ALS charges.

– Resolution 2023-078 to approve oversight of Contract 2023-20 with Community Teaching Homes on behalf of the JFS.

– Resolution 2023-079 to approve oversight of Contract 2023-21 with K&P Medical onbehalf of JFS.

– Resolution 2023-080 to approve Agreement 2023-22 with the Department of Justice for Equitable Sharing on behalf of the Sheriff.

– Resolution 2023-081 to accept the resignation of a Maintenance Employee and authorize an ad for employment opportunity.

– Resolution 2023-082 to approve purchase orders and travel requests.

Following the approval of items, Commissioners heard from Rod Creager as he discussed the petition for Ditch 2145 – Busch.

After discussion had concluded, the meeting was adjourned.
