Fulton County Commissioners Reschedule Community Development Block Grant Public Hearing

After the pledge of allegiance and prayer, the commissioners voted to approve the minutes of May 12, 2020 and the agenda for the meeting.

They proceeded to review for old business:

  • Department of Agriculture Certification, which is signed for the Fair
  • Amended certificate of estimated resources for March 31, 2020
  • Certificate of non-compliance for March 31, 2020
  • Amended certificate of non-compliance for April 30, 2020

The Dog Warden reports for May 2 and May 9 were also accepted.


Resolutions approved included:

– Resolution 2020-301 Increase and transfer Appropriations for Various departments

  • Resolution 302 Approve Certificate of Exempt project for the Emergency Shelter operating activity project
  • Resolution 303 Reschedule the Second Public hearing for FY20 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) from May 26 to June 2, 2020
  • Resolution 304 Accept recommendation of loss control coordinator
  • Resolution 305 Approve Purchase orders and travel requests

Meeting adjourned four minutes after it started.
