Fulton County Grand Jury Hands Down Nineteen Indictments

On March 19, 2018, the Fulton County Grand Jury considered indictments charging individuals with Fulton County crimes, according to Fulton County Prosecuting Attorney Scott A. Haselman.

VICTOR T. McCULLOUGH, age 45, of Delta, OH, was indicted on one count of Possession of Heroin. On or about April 3, 2017, he allegedly possessed heroin. 18CR43.

AUSTIN L. McCLOUD, age 21, of Swanton, OH, was indicted on one count of Theft of Credit Cards, one count of Tampering With Evidence, and one count of Theft. On or about February 11, 2018, he allegedly stole a credit card and allegedly tampered with evidence in an official Investigation. 18CR45.

LANCE E. ADKINS, age 30, of Swanton, OH, was indicted on one count of Theft of Credit Cards, one count of Tampering With Evidence, and one count of Theft, On or ‘ about February 11, 2018, he allegedly stole a credit card and allegedly tampered with evidence in an official investigation. 18CR32.


SELINA A. GALLOWAY, age 22, of Toledo, OH, was Indicted on two counts of Tampering With Evidence and one count of Resisting Arrest. On or about February 7, 2018, she allegedly tampered with evidence in an official Investigation or proceeding. She also allegedly resisted or interfered with the lawful arrest of herself, 18CR36.

BRUCE A. BROWN, age 50, of Wauseon, OH, was ‘indicted on one count of Possession of Heroin and one count of Possession of Drug Abuse Instruments. On or about January 7, 2018, he allegedly possessed heroin and an Instrument for the unlawful administration of a dangerous, drug other than marijuana. 18CR39.

DANIEL K. FITCH, age 35, of Delta, OH, was indicted on one count of Possession of Cocaine. On or about May 16, 2017, he allegedly possessed cocaine. 18CR49.


JO D. MOHN, age 29, of Wauseon,0Htwas indicted on one count of Possession of Cocaine. On or about June 1, 2017, she allegedly possessed cocaine. 18CR44.

TYLER J BORCK age 31, of Wauseon, OH, was Indicted on one count of Illegal Open Dumping and ore count of Illegally Causing or Allowing Air Pollution. On or about August 9, 2017, he allegedly unlawfully disposed of solid wastes by open dumping on land in York Township and burning In an open area Without prior authorization by the director of Environmental Protection. He also allegedly caused or allowed open burning In an unrestricted area. 18CR37.

EMILY A. JIADDAD, age 27, of Swanton, OH, was indicted on two counts of Possession of Heroin and one count of Tampering With Evidence. On or about May 19, 2017 to September 12, 2017, she allegedly possessed heroin and allegedly tampered with evidence in an official proceeding or Investigation. 18CR47.

JOSEPH M. BRANHAM, age 32, of Pioneer, OH, was Indicted on two counts of Possession of Heroin. On or about May 18, 2017 to July 13, 2017, he allegedly possessed heroin. 18CR48.


AARON P. TUCKER, age 32, Address Unknown, was Indicted on two counts of Aggravated Burglary and one count of Domestic Violence, On or about February 21, 2018, he allegedly trespassed In an occupied structure when another person was present and allegedly inflicted or attempted to Inflict physical harm on that person with a deadly weapon. 18CR40.

ZACKARY S. TRESSLER, age 32, of Delta, OH, was Indicted on two counts of Domestic Violence and one count of Telecommunications Harassment. On or about January 31, 2018 and February 19, 2018, he allegedly caused or attempted to cause physical harm to two family or household members. He also allegedly made a telecommunication to another person after that person had told him not to. 18CR.50.

JESSE V. WHITEHEAD, age 27, of Wauseon, OH, was Indicted on one count of Possession of Cocaine and one count of Operating a Vehlde with a Hidden Compartment Used to Transport a Controlled Substance. On Or about August 6, 2017, he allegedly possessed cocaine and allegedlyoperated a vehicle with a hidden compartment, knowing that the hklden compartment was used to facilitate the unlawful concealment or transportation of cocaine. 18CR46.

ALFREDO R. VASOUEZ, age 39, of Swanton, OH, was indicted on one count of Domestic Violence. On or about February 25, 2018, he allegedly caused or attempted to cause physical harm to a family or household member. 18CR33.

BROOKE E. CHAMPADA, age 25, of Bryan, OH, was indicted on one count of Theft. On or about March 2, 2018, she allegedly stole property valued at more than
$1,000 but less than $7,500. 18CR34.

JENNIFER A, BREWER, age 35, of Kunkle, 011, was indicted on one count of Possession of Heroin. On or about August 16, 2017, she allegedly possessed heroin. 18CR42.

ANDREW W. PARKS, age 28, of Toledo, OH, was Indicted on one count of Tampering With Evidence. On or about February 26, 2018, he allegedly tampered with evidence In an official proceeding or investigation. 18CR41.

DEVON A. HARRIS, age 2.3, of Wauseon, OH, was indicted on one count of Aggravated Burglary. On or about March 13, 2018, he allegedly trespassed in an occupied structure when another person was present and allegedly Inflicted or attempted or threatened to Inflict physical harm on that person. 18CR35.

KEVIN A. McFARLAND, age 26, of Swanton, OH, was Indtcted on one count of Aggravated Burglary. On or about March 13, 2018, he allegedly trespassed in an occupied structure when another person was present and allegedly Inflicted or attempted or threatened to Inflict physical harm on that person. 18CR38.

It should be noted that an Indictment Is merely an accusation, and that all criminal defendants are presumed Innocent until and unless proven guilty.
