Surviving are her companion, William Grant of Bryan; two children, Charles H. (Sandy) Blankenship of Ashland, Kentucky and Elizabeth Dawn (William) Keeton, of Ashland, Kentucky; five grandchildren; two sisters, Sandra (Glenn) Spencer of Huntington, West Virginia and Lynn (Gary) Hatfield of Milton, West Virginia.

She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, Jerry Blake, Barry Glenn Blake and Randy Blake.

To honor Harriett’s wishes, there will be no visitation. Memorial services for Harriett will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the care of Oberlin-Turnbull Funeral Home, Bryan, Ohio.
