Archbold 3 Swanton 1

ARCHBOLD – The Bluestreaks took over sole possession of first place in the NWOAL after a four-set win over Swanton. Chaney Brodbeck fronted Archbold with 18 digs, 18 assists, and 15 kills while Keely Culler had 18 kills and 17 assists.

Maddie Smith had 13 kills for the Bulldogs on 28/33 hitting and Katlyn Floyd was 31/36 hitting with nine kills.

BRYAN – The Golden Bears fought off multiple set points in the fourth set by Patrick Henry to take the set 27-25 to close out the match.

Bryan, who is now tied for second in the NWOAL, were paced by 19 assists on 78/79 setting and 14 digs from Kenzie Wirth while Blayze Langenderfer delivered 13 kills on 28/34 hitting.

EDON – The Bombers battled back to force a fifth set after dropping the first two, but the Locos found their footing to take the final set 15-10 and earn their second win of the season.

Kelsie Bumb had a big night for Montpelier with 18 digs, 26 assists and recorded six aces. Emma Hickman had 19 assists for Edon and Natalie Wofford added 13 kills and 14 digs.
