Hilltop Student Council will be sponsoring a blood drive on Friday, October 31 from 11-5 at the Hilltop High School. Anyone able to donate is encouraged to do so to fill the need. Additionally, if the quota is met, a scholarship will be available to a 2015 Hilltop Senior.
