Jack L. Case, age 94, of Delta and Inverness, FL, passed away Wednesday morning, August 10, 2016 at Ebeid Hospice in Sylvania.  He was born in Adrian, Michigan on July 27, 1922 to the late Leo Case and Mable (Hinsdale) Case.  On September 13, 1944 he married the love of his life, Evelyn (Dennis) Case, who passed away on August 30, 2007.

Jack was a lifelong farmer and member of the Fulton County Farm Bureau.  After retirement, he and his wife spent much time in Florida.  Jack enjoyed the hobby of woodworking, where you could often find Evelyn by his side.  He was a member of the Adrian Seveth-day Adventist Church, Inverness Seventh-day Adventist Church in Florida, Fulton County Farm Bureau Lucky Seven Council and helped establish the Pike XL 4H Club.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 63 years, Evelyn.

Jack is survived by his daughter, Janet (Jim) Bermingham of Three Rivers, MI; son, David (Sheila) Case of Delta; five grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

A public memorial service will be held at 4:00 P.M. on Saturday, August 27, 2016 at the Swanton Seventh-day Adventist Church, 204 W. Airport Hwy., Swanton, Ohio.  Grandson, Pastor Adam Case will be officiating.  Private interment will be at Winameg Cemetery.  Arrangements by Barnes Funeral Chapel, 5825 St. Hwy. 109, Delta, Ohio 43515.


In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made to ADRA International, (Adventist Development and Relief Agency), 12501 Old Columbia Pike, Silver Spring, MD 20904 in his memory.  Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.barnesfuneralchapel.com.
