Jack L. Robinson, age 85, peacefully passed away under hospice care at his Delta home with his loving wife Sally by his side.

He was born in Wauseon on May 1, 1939 to Paul (Jane) Robinson and Hester (Bushong) Croninger.

With those years of service, Jack served during the Vietnam War and Persian Gulf War. While enlisted with the 180th Air National Guard, he received his Auctioneer and Realtor’s license. He would retire from the 180th Air National Guard in Toledo after 17 years.

Jack worked alongside his father and brother with Robinson Realty and Auctioneers for many years. He was a member of many community organizations including Delta Eagles, Maumee and Bowling Green Elks, Swanton American Legion, Wauseon VFW, 180th NCO Club, Wauseon American Legion Riders; where he rode his beloved Yamaha motorcycle and Fulton Lodge F&A.M; where he served as a Mason for over 60 years.

Jack was preceded in death by his parents and brother, James L. Avery.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Sally (Gallagher) Robinson who he married on October 25, 2022; son, Paul (Vanessa) Robinson of New Jersey; brothers, James (Jill) Robinson of Loudonville, OH and Jerry Robinson of Delta; sisters, Judi (Doug) Pike of Maumee and Beth Quathamer of Illinois; aunt, Mary Lou Perrin and siter-in-law, Jane Avery.

Friends may visit from 10:00 AM – 12:00 Noon on Saturday, August 24, 2024 at Barnes Funeral Chapel and Crematory, 5825 St. Hwy. 109 in Delta; where a funeral service honoring his life will begin at Noon on Saturday also at the funeral home. His brother, James Robinson will be officiating. Interment will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery in Delta with Military Rites.

Those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider memorial contributions to American Cancer Society, P.O Box 22718, Oklahoma City, OK 73123 in Jack’s memory.
