Janice K. Noe, age 78, of Wauseon, passed away on Saturday, January 28, 2023, at Fulton Manor in Wauseon.
Prior to her retirement she had worked in Accounts Receivable for the former Impact Products in Toledo.
Janice was born in Henry County, Ohio on July 9, 1944, the daughter of Irvan and Cora Mae (Baldwin) Secondcost. On November 16, 1963 she married Paul Noe, and he survives.
She was a member of St. Caspar Catholic Church in Wauseon. She was an artist and enjoyed painting. She also enjoyed gardening and playing cards.
Surviving besides her husband, Paul, is one son, Bert Noe of Toledo; two grandchildren, Tamela and Jonathon Noe; two great-grandchildren, Ashlynne and Quinton Bussing; and one sister, Carolyn Leitner of Winameg.
She was preceded in death by one brother, Ivan Secondcost and an infant sister.
Visitation for Janice will be held from 2:00 P.M. until 6:00 P.M. on Wednesday, February 1, 2023, in the Pope John XXIII Room at St. Caspar Catholic Church in Wauseon. A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, also in the church, with the Rev. Father Todd Dominique, officiating. Interment will follow in the Winameg Cemetery.
The family requests that memorial contributions be given to the American Cancer Society.
