Joel Fackler Of Pioneer Arrested On Active Warrant By Williams County Sheriff Deputies

On November 27, 2018, the Williams County Sheriffs Office received information that Joel Fackler, age 28 of Pioneer, had been spotted at 18216 CR-11 and that Mr. Fackler had an active warrant through the Williams County Adult Probation Department for his arrest.

Deputies assisted with a probation search of the residence and located Mr. Fackler hiding inside. K9 Ruin alerted to several items inside the residence. Therefore, a search warrant was executed by the Multi-Area Narcotics task Force, which resulted in the seizure of narcotics with a street value of over $10,000.00 and 2 loaded handguns.

Located inside the residence was Brittany Dummit, age 27 of Pioneer. Ms. Dummit was arrested for Obstructing Justice 5th Degree Felony., Trafficking in Methamphetamines 2nd Degree Felony, Possession of Methamphetamines 2nd Degree Felony, and Weapons Under Disability 3rd Degree Felony.

Ms. Dummit and Mr. Fackler were transported to CCNO and face additional charges­.

Assisting at the scene was the Bryan Municipal Probation Department.
