She is survived by her four children, Dianne (Les) Zunkel of Elmhurst, Illinois, Dr. James Emch (Carmina) of Almeria, Spain, Dr. John (Bev) Emch of Archbold, Ohio, and Elaine Emch of Chicago, Illinois. She is survived by four grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Her grandchildren are Nathaniel (Sandy) Zunkel, Benjamin (Tanya) Zunkel, Kate (Raul) Emch Presas, and Dr. Andrew (Dr. Laura) Emch.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, a daughter-in-law Rosa, Maria Garcia Kirmse and a grandson Joseph Emch.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 7, 2016, at 11:00 a.m. at the Apostolic Christian Church near Junction, Ohio (13562 Road 147, Defiance, OH 43512).
