Lori L. Gardner, 65, of West Unity, Ohio, passed away Thursday, January 11, 2024, peacefully surrounded by her family at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Lori was born June 19, 1958, in Wauseon, Ohio, daughter of the late Burdette “Mike” and Bernadine (Wegener) Fry. She was a 1976 graduate of Wauseon High School.
Lori retired from Superior Auto as an Account Manager, and prior to that worked as the General Manager at Wendy’s in Wauseon.
She married Raymond G. Gardner on May 4, 2020, and he survives. For Lori, family was her life, especially her grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband, Raymond of West Unity; two daughters, Danielle (Jim) Harlen of Auburn, Indiana, and Christina (Thomas) Lloyd of Bryan, Ohio; four grandchildren, Kadin Miller, Damion Miller, Xander Miller, and Haley Lloyd; two siblings, Deborah (Lloyd) Fry of Florida, and Rod (Deborah) Fry of Nevada; and several nieces and nephews. Lori was preceded in death by her parents; and a sister, Cheryl Marciniak.
To honor Lori’s wishes, no public visitation or services will be held at this time. The family will hold a private gathering at a later date.
