Lou Ann Warner, age 63, of Peoria, AZ and Perrysburg, Ohio before moving to Arizona in 1992, peacefully passed away at her Arizona home Friday evening, January 29, 2021 with her loving family by her side. She was born in Wauseon, Ohio on November 20, 1957 to the late Paul E. Clair and Patricia (Seeley) Clair.
Lou Ann attended Delta High School and was a graduate of Sylvania Southview High School. On October 19, 1985 she married David L. Warner and together spent 35 loving years together and were blessed with two children, Ann and Scott.
Lou Ann was a realtor in Arizona since 1992 working for Award Realty. Lou Ann enjoyed bowling, golf and friends.
Along with her husband David L. Warner, she is survived by her daughter, Ann (Brian) Newton of Perrysburg; son, Scott (Kam) Warner of Perrysburg; brothers, James (Barbara) Clair of Manitou Beach, Michigan and Richard (Loretta) Clair of Key West, Florida; grandchildren, JP, Chase & Drew Newton and Grayson, Del & Lola Warner and many loving nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her twin sisters, Cynthia and Theresa Clair in 1955 and sister, Susan Clair in 1953.
A private graveside service will be held at Wauseon Union Cemetery in Wauseon, OH. Arrangements are entrusted with Barnes Funeral Chapel, 5825 St Hwy 109 in Delta.

Lou Ann and I worked together at Award Realty. I always envied her, she was a first class lady. She could always brighten a day. She would stop in my office and we would share stories and laughter. I missed her when she decided to retire. Love and peace Lou Ann rest well in Gods hands.
Lou Ann was such a lovely and classy lady. She worked with us at Award Realty for many years and was an outstanding Real Estate Agent. She was always a joy to be with.
We are shocked and saddened by her passing.
