LIBERTY CENTER – Proof of how tough the competition is in District 1 of Liberty Center Division III was made more than evident on October 20.
The D-III District postseason event in District 1 featured two prominent programs in Fayette and Hilltop. When the dust settled, only Madeline Routhier of Hilltop emerged as a survivor to qualify for the October 27
Tiffin Regionals. Jill Stuckey of Fayette was edged out of qualification, as was perennial postseason presence, Melani Seiler.
