DEFIANCE – The Montpelier Locomotives made a trip south to St. Mikes Golf Course on September 18th and took a 183-185 victory over the host Fairview Apaches home with them.
Blaine Thorp was medalist for the match leading the Locomotives with a round of 41, while Hunter Shaull registered a 46. Sam Rings and Clay O’Neal checked in with rounds of 48, with Zack Murray shooting a 49. Closing out the scoring for Montpelier was Leslie Clark with a 60.
