North Central Competes In Edgerton Invitational

(September 27th, 2014)-EDGERTON: Making the long trek from Pioneer, the North Central Cross Country Teams arrived in Edgerton ready to run. Against a highly competitive field the boys and girls of North Central had a solid showing at the event.

With just three girls running, the Lady Eagles were lead by Emma Zenz and her time of 23:33, good for twenty-eighth place. Teammate Brooke Schofield completed the race with a time of 26:21. At 29:19, fellow Eagle Brooklyn Brown crossed the finish line.

Trenton Sakos was the first Eagle boy to finish the course, doing so in 18:32 to claim twenty-fourth place. Close behind was Jason Vassar, who took thirtieth place by turning in an 18:50. Skyler JoHantgen ran a 20:22, while Keean Livensparger and Nathan Traxler clocked in at 20:26 and 20:39, respectively.
