The North Central Board of Education hosted a public meeting on the school calendar, special education and internet safety. No one spoke.
The board also selected its leadership for 2017 and meeting dates.
Shane Martin was elected board president for 2017 with Homer Hendricks selected as vice president. The board will meet the third Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m.
Board members will be paid $125 per meeting.
The board accepted the resignation of Guidance Counselor Barbara Oyer effective June 30 and assistant baseball coach Kole Peterson.
