

Richard C. Stoll was born on July 2, 1924, near Edgerton, Ohio, the son of Clarence O. and Mamie M. (Riehle) Stoll. He was a graduate of Edgerton High School. Richard was a World War II veteran of the U.S. Army and was able to attend an Honor Flight to Washington, D.C. He married his wife of seventy-years, Norma J. (Close), on May 4, 1947, near Edgerton and she preceded him in death on May 19, 2017.
Richard is survived by his three sons, James (Marcella) Stoll, of Edgerton, Don (Janet) Stoll, of Mundelein, Illinois, and Paul (Penny) Stoll, of Edon, Ohio; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; a brother, Marvin (Rose) Stoll, of White Pine, Tennessee and sister, Leola (Art) Hammond, of Hillsdale, Michigan . He was preceded in death by his parents, wife and great grandson, Noah Jonathan Stoll.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 14, 2018, from 4:00-8:00 P.M. in the Krill Funeral Home, 114 East Hull Street, Edgerton. Services will be held on Thursday, March 15, 2018, at 11:00 A.M. in the Bryan Alliance Church. Interment will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery, Edgerton.
