Shannon’s Backyard BBQ Officially Open For Business In Wauseon

BBQ1 WEBShannon’s Backyard BBQ has recently opened at 224 N. Fulton in Wauseon, taking over a space that formerly housed the Family Diner. It’s a full-fledged family operation owned by former Family Diner manager Elizabeth Shannon and her husband and chef, Martin. Their daughter Justice also works for her parents as well as Elizabeth’s brother Joe Suarez and two of her cousins as well. They are open Wednesday through Sunday from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM and offer a variety of smoked barbeque entrees.
