(Will Be Remembered For Her Infectious Smile)

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Sharon Sue “Sherry” (Symington) Sulfridge, on January 4, 2025, at the age of 72.

Born on August 20, 1952, to the late William and Lois Symington, Sherry was a beloved daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who brought joy and love to all who knew her.

Sherry’s greatest joy in life was her family. She is survived by her two children, Scott and Stephanie, and her three grandchildren, Taylor Elder, Allie Mohre and Hannah Hamblin, who lovingly called her “Grandma Sherry.”

She was also the proud great-grandmother of eight great-grandchildren Roman, Emmett, Ace and Samson Elder, Harper and Tatum Mohre and Briar and Margo Hamblin.

Sherry was the cherished sister of Karen Mason (Mark), Dianne Baer (Bob) and Jodi Hugg (Kyle). She shared a special bond with her siblings, many nieces, nephews, aunts and friends, that was filled with laughter, support and countless memories that will be treasured forever.

A devoted friend and confidante, Sherry will be remembered for her warm heart, infectious smile and unwavering love for her family. Her legacy of kindness, faith and compassion will continue to live on through those she touched during her life.

A celebration of Sherry’s life will be held at 6:00 pm on Thursday, January 9, 2025 at Krill Funeral Home, 860 West Mulberry Street, Bryan, Ohio, with visitation beginning at 4:00 pm.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the Williams County Board of DD in her memory.

Sherry’s life was a testament to the power of love and strength and she will remain forever in the hearts of her family and friends.

This obituary was lovingly written by Sherry’s family. Condolences may be sent to and the online register signed at www.krillfuneralservice.com.
