Signet Enterprises has signed a Joint Venture Partnership with Artesian of Pioneer to provide private financing solutions for water treatment facilities for commercial, industrial, municipal and other uses.

Artesian of Pioneer is a 50-year old company that has supplied hundreds of municipalities and commercial clients with high quality, cost effective water treatment solutions; including new systems, renovations to existing plants, or ground up designs.

AOP’s services include design engineering, manufacturing, assembly, construction and certified operation of customized water and waste water treatment facilities.

Signet Enterprises will assist in project financing or as an investor to own and operate the equipment. As an investor, Signet will provide a long-term, predictable rate structure at rates below what the municipal or commercial provider can offer.

The new venture, Artesian Capital Partners, LLC, will offer water treatment clients, ROI and Capital Budget Analysis, Equipment Lease Analysis, Funding Options Analysis and Bond Funding.

AOP President Edward Kidston said the Joint Venture with Signet provides a vital component to offset both short and long-term rate increases for their clients. “Sewer rates and associated surcharges are rising at a rate 3-10 times that of inflation.

Our partnership with Signet will give our clients an opportunity to generate substantial savings, with zero up front cost, and lock in savings for decades to come. Rising regulation and cost of utilities is a large deterrent to profitability for industry today and tomorrow. The Signet-Artesian partnership is the best solution available for those attempting to manage rising cost.”

Signet Enterprises President Mark Corr said the partnership continues Signet’s philosophy of strategic investing. “We invest for the long-term and Artesian is a natural fit for our existing business model. They are a solid company that can potentially benefit our health care and higher education clients. “

Signet Enterprises unites an entrepreneurial vision with the experience to turn opportunities into realities. With decades of experience, our principals provide highly specialized knowledge and expertise in distinct disciplines including real estate development, international initiatives, and mergers and acquisitions. Signet Enterprises includes Signet Development, Signet Ventures, Integrated Wellness Partners and Signet International. Visit http://www.signet-enterprises.com.
