Six Individuals Indicted By Fulton County Grand Jury

PRESS RELEASE – On January 12, 2026, the Fulton County Grand Jury considered indictments charging individuals with Fulton County crimes, according to the Fulton County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.

-ROBERT CERVANTES, age 54, of Delta, OH, was indicted on one count of Domestic Violence and one count of Strangulation. On or about December 27, 2025, he allegedly did knowingly cause or create a substantial risk of serious physical harm to a family or household member by means of strangulation or suffocation, and he allegedly did knowingly cause or attempt to cause physical harm to a family or household member. 25CR159.

-DONALD L. SNYDER, JR., age 32, of Toledo, OH, was indicted on one count of Domestic Violence, one count of Strangulation, one count of Aggravated Menacing, and one count of Unlawful Possession of a Dangerous Ordnance.

On or about January 3, 2026, he allegedly did knowingly cause or attempt to cause a substantial risk of physical harm to a family or household member by means of strangulation or suffocation; he allegedly did knowingly cause the victim to believe that he would cause serious physical harm to the victim or property of the victim; and he allegedly did knowingly acquire, have, carry, or use any dangerous ordnance. 26CR06.


-CODY I. ALLEN, age 23, of Toledo, OH, was indicted on two counts of Theft. On or about January 2, 2026, through January 3, 2026, he allegedly stole batteries, a tire inflator, and credit cards from another. 26CR02.

-JACOB A. FOXHUBER, age 18, of Toledo, OH, was indicted on two counts of Theft. On or about January 2, 2026, through January 3, 2026, he allegedly stole batteries, a tire inflator, and credit cards from another. 26CR03.

-TAYLOR J. HAFNER-KUBIAK, age 19, of Ottawa Lake, MI, was indicted on two counts of Theft. On or about January 2, 2026, through January 3, 2026, he allegedly stole batteries, a tire inflator, and credit cards from another. 26CR04.


-ANTHONY T. POLLAUF, age 22, of Toledo, OH, was indicted on one count of Failure to Provide Notice of Change of Address. On or about September 1, 2025, through November 19, 2025, he allegedly did fail to notify a sheriff of a change of address as required. 26CR05.

It should be noted that an Indictment is merely an accusation, and that all criminal defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
