Stanley J. Saxton, age 78, of Montpelier, Ohio, passed away on Monday, December 11, 2023 at his home.
Stan retired from Powers & Sons as a CNC operator with over 39 years of service. He was a member of the Montpelier Moose and enjoyed fishing and golfing with the Powers & Sons bunch.
Stanley J. Saxton was born on September 28, 1945, in Paulding, Ohio, the son of Stanley G. and Dema R. (Doster) Saxton, Sr. He married Linda L. (Fenstermaker) Stahler on April 23, 1982 in Sherwood, and she survives.
Stan is also survived by his daughter, Dema (Eugene) Robison, of Arkansas; stepchildren, Dena Stahler, of Bryan, Gary (Susie) Stahler, of Wisconsin and Raymond Stahler, of Michigan; 8 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; 2 brothers and a sister. He was preceded in death by his parents and a daughter, Jolynn Saxton.
In accordance with Stan’s wishes, there will be no visitation or services held at this time. His arrangements have been entrusted to Krill Funeral Service, 860 West Mulberry Street, Bryan, Ohio.
