The Stryker Board of Education held their meeting on July 15th. The meeting began at 5:30 p.m. with the Pledge of Allegiance. The board then approved the agenda, minutes from the previous meeting, and financials.

Next, the board had a visitor, Mrs. Rebecca Miller. She came in to tell the board about the Bryan Area Christian Prayer Breakfast. It will be the 49th annual breakfast to be held on September 24th from 8:30-9:30 a.m.

It will be at the Wesley United Methodist Church in Bryan and the tickets are $8. Mrs. Miller stated that she hopes someone from the board comes to this event to represent Stryker Schools.

It was at this time that the board entered an executive session to consider the employment of public employee(s) or official, to consider the compensation of public employee(s) or official, and to consider the evaluation and review of public employee(s) or official.

Upon returning from the executive session, the board moved to adjourn for the evening.
