DSCF4465 WEBMany Stryker residents have been talking about the new coffee shop that is coming to town. The Stryker Rotary Club had the pleasure of learning about the new business at their regular meeting on Tuesday August 16, 2016. Anissa Armstrong, the new owner, told the club about the new business that will be called “A Place in Time”. The business has been Anissa’s dream for a long time, and she credits the “Lord” for making it possible. She said her goal is for her business to be known for coffee, food and scripture. She has worked in the food business for many years, always working with family and friends. She has also been very active in recent years in ministry at the CCNO. Working on the business plan has been a large challenge for her, and she feels she is getting very close to being ready to open. She had hoped to be open in July but setbacks held her back. She said she has been telling people she will open on “God’s time”. She has been blessed to find equipment at a very reasonable price and has almost everything she needs. Her plan is to have the business open weekdays from 6:30 to 5 and 6:30 to 2 on Saturdays. She is also planning to be open on evenings after the football games and also evenings when the loft is in operation so parents have a place to come in and wait for their children.
