SWANTON, OHIO – The Village of Swanton announces the receipt of a $1,398 donation from the Swanton Area Community Coalition to be utilized for the purchase of two security cameras in Memorial Park.
The Village of Swanton is committed to ensuring the safety of its residents and the community as a whole. There are currently cameras installed in Memorial Park as a means to aid law enforcement in surveilling the community. After evaluating the current configuration, the Village of Swanton has decided to install three more cameras within Memorial Park to cover more ground. Swanton Area Community Coalition’s mission is in line with this project and with this donation the two entities will corroboratively work in making the park a safer place.
