The Swanton Lions Club wrapped up their annual Giving Tree project on Thursday, 12/17/15, by delivering gifts to 145 children from 60 families in the Swanton area so they would have something under the tree on Christmas morning. The project involved collecting gifts and money donated by the public from five different locations in Swanton then shopping for and wrapping all the gifts before delivering to the families that had requested assistance. A $25 gift card was also given to each family as well.
