A Swanton, Ohio woman was sentenced on August 6/ 2018 in the Fulton County Common Pleas Court.
Emily A. Haddad,age 27, previously pled guilty to Possession of Heroin. According to Fulton County Prosecutor Scott Haselman, on or about May 19, 2017, Ms. Haddad possessed heroin.
Judge Jeffrey Robinson sentenced Ms. Haddad to three years of community control. He ordered Ms. Haddad to pay prosecution costs and court-appointed attorney fees; successfully complete drug treatment at Serenity Haven and follow any aftercare recommendations; be successfully discharged from the Drug Court program; be assessed for Medication Assisted Treatment; not consume or possess alcohol or illegal drugs; not enter bars and/or taverns; comply with an 11:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. curfew; and maintain full-time gainful employment. Her vehicle shall be forfeited to Fulton County.
Failure to abide by these conditions could result in Ms. Haddad serving 11 months in prison.
