Teresa Rae “Terri” O’Neil, age 59, of Wauseon died Saturday September 16, 2017 as a result of injuries sustained in a car accident.
She had worked at Tiny’s Dairy Barn in Wauseon and had also worked for Chief Supermarket for more than 20 years. In Terri’s giving fashion, she became an organ donor to give others a renewed chance at life.
Terri was born on April 18, 1958 in Wauseon, Ohio the daughter of Thomas Charles and the late Frances Leona (Grisier) Yackee. On August 21, 1982 she married Shawn O’Neil and he survives. She enjoyed flower gardening, her grandkids, motorcycle trips, cooking and cleaning, Tiny’s Dairy Barn and spending time with family and friends.
Surviving besides her husband Shawn, are daughters; Andrea (Kelly) Gleckler of Lyons, Tara (Eric) Suarez of Wauseon, Breena (David) Sallows of Fayette and Shannon (Jordan Vocke) O’Neil of Napoleon. Also surviving are grandchildren; Justin Gleckler, Jalen, Jazlynn and Braxton Suarez and Baby Girl Sallows, her father Thomas Charles Yackee, siblings; Cecilia (Steve) Nartker of Napoleon, Alvin “Pete” (Liz) Yackee of Wauseon, Rex (Liz) Yackee of Ennis, TX, Tim (Grace) Yackee of Perrysburg, OH and lots of nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death besides her mother was her father-in-law and mother-in-law; Thomas and Suzanne O’Neil, niece; Rachel Yackee and great-nephew Cooper Finn Davis.
