(Stryker Resident; Had A Passion For Outdoors)

Terry L. House, age 57, of Stryker, passed away March 2, 2026, at CHP Defiance Inpatient Hospice. Terry worked at McCormick and Company in South Bend for many years. He faced many health challenges in his life, which only strengthened his unwavering faith.
Terry was born July 2, 1968, in Lansing, Michigan, to Caroline (Brown) House. He later graduated from Lansing Eastern High School in Michigan. On May 24, 2003, Terry married the love of his life, Sheri (Morehouse).
They enjoyed visiting the Ice Sculpture Festivals. Terry loved hunting and fishing and looked forward to getting his big buck every year.
Terry could light up any room with his quick wit and humor. He was a joy to anyone who knew him. His nieces and nephews meant the world to him, and he enjoyed spending quality time with each of them.
Terry is survived by his wife, Sheri; sister, Linda (George) Garland of Florida; brother, Mike House of Michigan; sister, Sheryl Estell of Michigan; and sister, Bonnie (David) VanHorn of Michigan. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, Caroline; his dad, Leonard Brown; and sister, Connie.
Visitation for Terry will take place Monday, March 9, 2026, at the Grisier Funeral Home of Archbold, from 4 to 8 p.m. A funeral service will take place Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at the Grisier Funeral Home of Archbold at 10 a.m., with Minister Lyndell Noecker officiating. Burial will follow at Evansport Cemetery. The family welcomes you to wear camo or comfortable casual attire to honor Terry.
In lieu of flowers, the family asked that memorial contributions be made to the benevolence of the family. Online condolences may be offered to the family at www.grisierfh.com. The Grisier Funeral Home of Stryker is honored to serve the House family.
