The Tour DeBook Bicycling Event is once again returning to Williams County. However, instead of being held in late September, the event has been moved to May 21, 2016. United Way of Williams County will have a Tour DeBook Maintenance Day on April 22nd to help everyone get their bikes fixed and ready to start riding!
