Two Fulton County Men Among Latest To Be Sentenced In Fulton County Common Pleas Court

The following individuals were sentenced on January 7th, 2020 in Fulton County Common Pleas Court according to county prosecutor Scott Haselman.

Jonathon Rufenacht, 22, of 23759 Co. Rd. J, Archbold, plead guilty to Theft. He did with purpose to deprive the owner of property or services and did knowingly obtain or exert control over said property or services by deception.

Judge Jeffrey L. Robinson sentenced Mr. Rufenacht to 2 years of community control and ordered him to pay prosecution costs, pay restitution of $4,743.75, and serve 7 days at CCNO, with work release.

Failure to comply could result in Mr. Rufenacht spending 173 days in CCNO.


Andrew Moll, 35, of 3928 Co. Rd. 2, Swanton, previously pleaded guilty to Possession of Cocaine.

Judge Jeffrey L. Robinson sentenced Mr. Moll to 3 years of community control and ordered him to pay prosecution costs, pay a $1,500 fine, stay out of bars/taverns, not possess or consume alcohol, abide by a 12:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. curfew, serve 45 days in CCNO, with work release, and be assessed for alcohol/drugs with Recovery Services of Northwest Ohio, and successfully complete any recommendations.

Failure to comply could result in Mr. Moll spending 11 months in prison.



Robert Boroff, 27, of 516 Haig Street, Defiance, previously pleaded guilty to Aggravated Possession of Drugs.

Judge Jeffrey L. Robinson sentenced Mr. Boroff to 2 years of community control and ordered him to pay prosecution and court appointed counsel costs, stay out of bars/taverns, not possess or consume alcohol, abide by an 12:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. curfew, and complete a dual diagnosis with A Renewed Mind, and successfully complete any recommended treatment.

Failure to comply could result in Mr. Boroff spending 10 months in prison.
