Una Bea Allion, 79, of Fayette, died Friday evening, February 2, 2018, at the Hospice of Lenawee Home in Adrian. She was born February 23, 1938, in Wauseon, OH, to the late Wilbur E. and Vida (Mason) Allion. After graduating from high school, Una Bea trained to be a licensed practical nurse and worked at Fairlawn Haven in Archbold for 36 years.
Una Bea is survived by her brother, Wilbur Allion of Charlotte, NC, sister-in-law, Joan Allion of Alvordton; numerous extended family members; and longtime friends and caregivers, Ellen and Jim Mulinix of Wauseon. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Keith Allion.
In accordance with Una Bea’s wishes, cremation will take place and a memorial service is being planned for a later date. Arrangements were handled by the Eagle Funeral Home in Fayette. Friends can share memories and words of comfort with the family online at www.eaglefuneralhomes.com.
