(December 13th, 2014) – WAUSEON: In their second game of the season, the Freshmen boys of Wauseon have already recorded the first blowout of their high school careers.
Inviting the Apaches of Fairview onto their court, the Indians controlled the game from start to finish. Typical of any game decided early on, Wauseon was even able to afford a few players who don’t regularly see time to get into the game.
Owen Newlove was a big part of the convincing win, recording the first double-double of his own high school tenure. He scored 10 points to go along with his 11 rebounds. Teammate Dalton Rice filled the stat sheet nicely as well, putting up 9 points, 5 rebounds, and 2 assists in the victory.
