Will McKinney Of Hilltop Sets A New Pole Vault Record At Antwerp Quad Meet

ANTWERP: April 21 – The Hilltop Cadets finished fourth in an April 21 quad meet versus Antwerp, Blackhawk Christian and Hicksville. Despite missing 10 of the 17 events due to team size, the Cadets made noise in the events in which they were involved.

Case in point was the pole vault, which was won by senior Will McKinney. His mark of 13′ 6″ was not just tops for the event, it placed his name in the Hilltop record books.
