IMAG0625The 2015 Williams County Fairboard and the Williams County Fair Foundation are pleased to announce that the benefit for the Florence Township Edon Fire Department was a great success. Together beside members of the Fire Department and enormous volunteer support we hosted a fun filled day and enjoyed a Water Ball Tournament, Car Show, Fish Fry and Hog Roast. The efforts of the Fairboard and Foundation resulted in raising funds in excess of $4000.00 for the firefighters. Our efforts were complimented and supported by these area groups, organizations and individuals, whom we wish to recognize: Williams County Pork Producers, Paul Haines, Williams County Dairy Association, Florence Township Fire Department Members & Spouses, Melanie Layman and Kitchen Volunteers, Williams County Jr. Fair Board and Advisors, Dennis’s Potato Farm, Northwest Ohio Maple Syrup Producers, Montpelier Fire Department & Chief Dale Fritch, Montpelier Village Administration and Council, Pioneer Village Market, Ron Green & Biljax Haulotte Group Archbold– Watch Raffle, Spence Malone and Mike Kannel – Car Show, Girl Scouts – Cookie Sales & 50/50, Hoof Beats 4H Club, Kidding Around 4H Club, Rob Young – DJ.
