FLAG WINNER … The winner of the flag drawing from the Williams County Township Association at the Williams County Fair was Norm Hiler Senior. Norm lives in Noble Township in Defiance County and said that he enjoys going to the fair to watch the horse pulling and is real glad that the Williams County Fair has brought horse pulling back to their schedule of events. He also enjoys the fair food and seeing old friends. When asked about signing up for the drawing, Norm said ” I never win anything, but I thought, it would be great if I actually won”. Norm retired after working at A Stamp in Bryan and says that he will display the flag proudly. The flag is provided to the Township Association by Representative James Hoops.
