Williams & Fulton County Voters Face Packed May Ballot

WILLIAMS COUNTY

Issues
-Saunders Theatre Operations 3 LLC, liquor option question for the sale of wine and mixed beverages, and spirituous liquor at 140 South Lynn Street, Bryan.

-Saunders Theatre Operations 3 LLC, liquor option question for the sale of wine and mixed beverages, spirituous liquor, and Sunday sales at 140-148 South Lynn Street, Bryan.

-North Central Local School District, 1% income tax for current expenses, continuing period beginning January 1, 2027.

-Village of West Unity, renewal tax levy for parks and recreation, 1 mill for 5 years, commencing in 2026 and first due in 2027.

-Bryan City charter amendment regarding the elimination of the elected Board of Public Affairs and transfer of Bryan Municipal Utilities oversight to the mayor and city council.

Issues
-York Township, additional 1 mill property tax for 5 years for the general construction, reconstruction, resurfacing, and repair of roads.

-Royalton Township, renewal 1.7 mill property tax for 5 years for fire protection.

-Evergreen Local School District, renewal 0.25% income tax for 5 years beginning January 1, 2028, for current expenses.

-Archbold Local School District, renewal 3.218 mill property tax for 5 years for current expenses.

-Gorham Township, renewal 0.5 mill property tax for 5 years for maintaining and operating the Gorham Township Pleasant View Union Cemetery.

-Fulton County Emergency Medical Services, renewal 4 mill property tax for 5 years for emergency medical services.

-Clinton Township, additional 1 mill property tax for 5 years for road improvements.

-Village of Archbold, renewal 3.3 mill property tax for 5 years for current expenses.

-City of Wauseon, proposed charter amendment to create a new Department of Building and Zoning.

-Village of Swanton, additional 1.5 mill property tax for 5 years for parks and recreational facilities and programs

-Village of Delta, renewal 1 mill property tax for 5 years for parks and recreation.

-City of Wauseon, additional 1.6 mill property tax for 5 years for parks and recreational purposes.

-Clinton Township, additional 1 mill property tax for 5 years for fire protection.
