17-Year-Old Teenager From Edgerton Killed In Michigan Crash

HILLSDALE COUNTY, MICHIGAN – A devastating car crash this morning has resulted in the death of a 17-year-old teenager from Edgerton, Ohio.

The young driver, Levi Tyler Hess, lost control of his pickup truck, leading to a fatal collision in Hillsdale County, Michigan.

The accident occurred on North Main Street in Camden, Michigan, where the teenager was driving when he reportedly lost control of his vehicle.

The truck veered off the road and crashed into two parked vehicles in a nearby driveway. Emergency responders rushed the driver to Hillsdale Hospital, where he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.


A 16-year-old passenger, also from Edgerton, sustained serious injuries and was airlifted to Mott Children’s Hospital in Ann Arbor. Fortunately, his injuries are not life-threatening, and he is currently receiving treatment.

Authorities are actively investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash.

The Michigan State Police are conducting a thorough investigation to determine the exact cause of the accident, and further details are expected to emerge as the inquiry progresses.
