The Toledo Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal crash which occurred on SR 295 at Brint Rd., in the Village of Berkey, Lucas County. The crash happened on September 25, 2019 at approximately 9:00 a.m.

A 2011 Chevrolet Impala being driven by 19-year old Cullen Lumbrezer of Metamora, Ohio was eastbound on Brint Rd. at SR 295. A 2007 Chrysler Town and Country, being driven by 39-year old Emily White of Berkey, Ohio was southbound on SR 295 at Brint Rd.

Mr. Lumbrezer failed to yield from a stop sign and was struck by Mrs. White. After striking, both vehicles went off the right side of SR 295.
