2024-2025 Archbold Kindergarten Registration Starts February 12

(PRESS RELEASE) – Starting February 12, 2024 – March 1, 2024, parents of children who will be five years old on or before August 1, 2024 are asked to register their child for kindergarten online through Final Forms.

Please make sure to click on the tab to register them for the 2024-2025 school year. The link for Final Forms is: https://archbold-oh.finalforms.com (To register student using the 2024-2025 tab).

This link can also be found on our district website starting February 12, 2024. After you register your child in Final Forms, you will need to schedule an appointment for your child to attend kindergarten screening on either March 18th or 19th. You will schedule your appointment through PTCFast.com.

There will be three sessions to choose from each day: 8:30 a.m., 10:30 a.m., or 1:00 p.m. until full. The link for PTCFast is: https://ptcfast.com/schools/Archbold_Elementary (To schedule screening appointment).

This link will also be available on our website starting February 12, 2024. 2024-2025 Archbold Kindergarten Screening Kindergarten screening will take place at the school on March 18-19, 2024.

Parents who register their children will also need to schedule an appointment for the kindergarten screening at the time the child is registered.

There will be NO SCHOOL for this year’s preschool & kindergarten students on March 18-19, 2024. When you bring your child to their screening appointment, you will report to the EAST Side Front Entrance (closest to the barn).


Parents will also need to bring the child’s birth certificate, immunization records, and proof of residency (i.e., utility bill or rental/lease agreement), and custody papers if applicable to be copied during the screening appointment.
