9 Individuals Indicted By Williams County Grand Jury

A total of 9 individuals were indicted by a Williams Grand Jury on August 16. Included amongst them were:

Ankeny, Jessica L. (Bryan, Ohio). Indicted for domestic violence (F3).

Armstrong, Autumn N. (Edon, Ohio). Indicted for grand theft (F4).

Brown, Janathen A. (Montpelier, Ohio). Indicted for failure to appear (F4).

Day, Waco D. II (Bryan, Ohio). Indicted for failure to notify change of address (F3).


Fuentes, Juan J. (Toledo, Ohio). Indicted on two counts of vandalism (F5).

Johnson, Aurora J. (Toledo, Ohio). Indicted for non-support of dependents (F5).

Kruger, Michael D. (Angola, Indiana). Indicted for operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drug of abuse (F3).

Rochester, Micheal (Defiance, Ohio). Indicted for aggravated possession of drugs (F5), with specification.

Treace, Heather L. (Ceresco, Michigan). Indicted for failure to appear (F4).

It should be noted that an indictment is merely an accusation and that all criminal defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
