BRYAN – The home course was a lot kinder to the visitors in a September 13th NWOAL confrontation between the Montpelier Locomotives and Delta Panthers at Suburban Golf Course. The Panthers eased past Montpelier by a score of 168-190.
Blaine Thorp was low man for the Locos with a round of 42, while Sam Rings was hot on his tracks with a 43. Leslie Clark shot 52 and Clay O’Neal 53. Hunter Shaull and Andrew Luke closed out the scoring for Montpelier with scores of 54.
