Two Fulton County Men Sentenced In Common Pleas Court

A Delta, Ohio man was sentenced on February 20, 2019 in the Fulton County Common Pleas Court.

Joseph Mattison, age 40, previously pled guilty to Attempted Having Weapons While Under Disability. According to Fulton County Prosecutor Scott Haselman, on or about July 25, 2018, Mr. Mattison attempted to possess a firearm when he had not been relieved from disability.

Judge Jeffrey Robinson sentenced Mr. Mattison to two years of community control. He ordered Mr. Mattison to serve 29 days in CCNO with credit for time served; pay prosecution costs and court-appointed attorney fees; pay a fine of $500; successfully complete the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Program; not consume or possess alcohol or illegal drugs in his home or vehicle; not enter bars and/or taverns; and forfeit his Sig Sauer 9mm handgun to the State.

Failure to abide by these conditions could result in Mr. Mattison serving 12 months in prison.

A Swanton man was sentenced on February 19, 2019, in the Fulton County Common Pleas Court according to county prosecutor Scott A. Haselman.


Patrick Kolodziejczyk, 32, of 121 Promenade Dr., plead guilty to Possession of Cocaine. On September 29, 2018, he possessed Cocaine.

Judge Jeffrey L. Robinson sentenced Mr. Kolodziejczyk to 2 years of community control and ordered him to pay prosecution costs, stay out of bars/taverns, and not possess or consume alcohol.

Failure to comply could result in Mr. Kolodziejczyk spending 9 months In prison.
