Delta Woman Sentenced For Possession Of Dangerous Drug

A Delta, Ohio woman pled guilty and was sentenced on February 20, 2019 in the Fulton County Common Pleas Court.

Heather Brossia, age 33, pled guilty to Possession of a Dangerous Drug. According to Fulton County Prosecutor Scott Haselman, on or about July 22, 2018, Ms. Brossia possessed oxycodone,

Judge Jeffrey Robinson sentenced Ms. Brossia to one year of community control. He ordered Ms. Brossia to serve 180 days in CCNO with credit for time served; pay prosecution costs and court-appointed attorney fees; and pay a fine of $200.
