WEST UNITY – The Lady Cadets from Hilltop fell at home to the Stryker Lady Panthers in straight sets on October 3. Stryker took the first set 25-16 and then shut down the match with a 25-14 victory.
For the Lady Cadets, Jewell Knapp had an ace and 3 digs on the match; Sydney Rivera had 1 dig and 1 kill, Abby Schaper had a dig and 3 kills. Zoey Abner served 1 ace and 3 kills, Leah Carothers had a dig, Tiara Dennison contributed an ace and 2 kills, while Marisa Yates had a blocked shot in the loss for the Lady Cadets.
