She was a lifelong member of St. Martin’s Lutheran Church in Archbold, where she also taught Sunday School. She loved reading and crocheting and spending time with her grandchildren.

She is also survived by two brothers, Orville Roth of Michigan, Rodney (Judy) Roth of Bowling Green, OH; and one sister, Debbie (Gary) Goebel of Stryker. She was preceded in death by her parents;  two nephews, Chad Goebel and Craig Stubblefield; sister-in-law, Lorna Stubblefield; and mother and father-in-law, Paul and Evelyn Schweinhagen.

Visitation for Darlene will be held from 2:00 P.M. until 4:00 P.M. on Sunday, October 13, 2019 at St. Martin’s Lutheran Church in Archbold. The funeral service will immediately follow at 4:00 P.M., also in the church, with the Rev. Paul Reichert, officiating.

The family requests that memorial contributions be given to the Lupus Foundation of American, Fulton Manor of Wauseon, or Ohio Living Hospice Care. Online condolences may be offered to the family at www.grisierfh.com. Grisier Funeral Home in Archbold has been entrusted with arrangements.
