Defiance Police Department Alerts Public Of Scam Involving Traffic Cameras

The Defiance Police Department has received reports of people receiving an email stating they are receiving a traffic citation, after being recorded by a traffic camera.

The Defiance Police Department DOES NOT issue traffic citations in this manner.

These emails are a scam. Please do not open the attachment or respond to these emails.
