The Maumee Valley Pullers held their Summer Nationals at the Fulton County Fairgrounds Friday and Saturday with NTPA pulls Saturday night.

For many people the smell of diesel and burning rubber was missed for far too long. Thankfully the weather was able to hold off and it was able to be an enjoyable evening for the crowds that gathered to watch.

Weather was unforgiving to the track however after receiving nearly an inch of rain and caused it to be difficult for many of the pullers to get a read on. At 7PM though it was time to get pulling.

There were around 50 different pullers on Friday with winners listed below:

Street Stock Gas Trucks 6500 Pounds Matt Keber, Farm Stock Diesel Trucks 8500 Pounds Joe Sevits, Limited Street Gas Trucks 6500 Pounds Phillip Ferrier, Work Stock Diesel Trucks 8200 Pounds Daniel Hartman, Super Field Tractors 8700 Pounds Jason Elston, Altered Gas Trucks 6500 Pounds Robin Coy, 2.5 Diesel Trucks 7800 Pounds Scott Houser, Hot Farm Tractors 8500 Pounds Dave Walter.

The pulls ended around 11PM on Friday with winners receiving a plaque and a cash prize.
